Hey, all. Hope you’re enjoying the snow here in New York. For a Chicago native such as myself, this is a pretty tame snowstorm, but it does remind me a bit of home. Enjoy the games tomorrow night. On behalf of a couple of my coworkers, Go Giants!
Looking Inside the Twinkie
A look inside the processed / industrial food industry through a discussion of the ingredients in a Twinkie and where they come from. Pretty eye-opening to say the least. A good list of reasons to eat more soup, which is particularly useful on a cold, snowy day like today. Stonesoup also offers a recipe for Green Curry of Broccoli Soup, which looks pretty delicious (the post includes a bunch of beautiful food photos and a video recipe). Just a nice looking blog in general so kudos to the author. And speaking of curry, we rolled out a Curry Coconut Chicken Soup here at Dig Inn the other day, which is pretty delicious itself.
