We’re pumped to announce some exciting new features on our Online Ordering website. Here’s what’s new:
A totally redesigned account page
We’ve totally re-designed your account page to make it a lot more user-friendly. Here’s what it looks like:
As you can see, we now give you 4 tabs to select from:
- Today’s Order: a snapshot of what you did last time and the option to either order this again or start a new order from scratch.
- Past Orders: this is all of your past orders so you can order something you ordered 3 times ago if you want to.
- Addresses: this is a list of the addresses you’ve used in the past (in case you order from both work and home), and you can also enter a new address from here.
- Account: this is where you can edit your name, email address, or password if you want to make changes.
Below we describe the re-ordering and name attaching (for group orders) features in more detail because those are the ones we’re most exciting about.
Re-ordering past orders
Many of you guys have been asking for this for a while, and we’re very excited to finally be able to give it to you.
You can use this feature either from the “Today’s Order” tab as shown above, or you can click over to the “Past Orders” tab to see a list of ALL of your past orders, which looks like this:
Each order lists the items that were included in the order and allows you to add all of these items to your order with just a click of a button. That’s a key thing to keep in mind – clicking on the “Order This Again” button will add all of these items to your order and take you to the menu, where you’ll have the opportunity to add or subtract items as you see fit. Your order won’t be submitted to us until you finalize your order, click the Checkout button, and then submit your order.
It’s also worth noting that we allow you to re-order past orders even when individual items in those orders have been removed from the menu. As you know, we change up the menu pretty frequently (as a “seasonal market,” it’s kind of our thing), so if an item has been removed that’s part of a given past order, we’ll simply remove it and allow you to add the rest of the items. We also give you a quick heads up about what’s been removed.
Attach names to individual items (great for group orders)
People who regularly order for a group are going to LOVE this feature. You can now find a name field in the popup window for each menu item and on the “Build Your Own Marketplate” page (right above the special instructions box). Here’s what it looks like in the menu item popup:
This field is totally optional, but if you use it, our employees will give each person their own bag (with their name on it) with all of their items inside. So you’ll no longer have to sort things out when the order arrives, which should save you quite a bit of time and confusion we hope.
Other new features coming soon
That’s all we have for now, but we’ll adding more new features soon, including an “eco-to-go” option that allows you to skip the utensils, an online ordering loyalty program, and 1-click mobile ordering. Hopefully we’ll get them rolled out over the coming weeks.
