Hey, all. Just a quick announcement to let you know that we’re officially rolling out a handful of new test items at our 52nd Street restaurant. Some of you have probably been seeing these items for at least a week now, but this is where we make them an official part of our menu. If they’re well-received at 52nd Street, we’ll hopefully be rolling them out at our other stores in the future. Fingers crossed!
As of today, we’re serving 2 new Chilled Meats (Rosemary Turkey & Braised Beef, in addition to the Wild Salmon that we’ve already announced) and 4 new Salad Suggestions (which each feature one of these new chilled meats). Below is a quick summary of the new items, along with some mouth-watering food photos.

Chilled Rosemary Turkey
Our naturally-raised local Koch’s turkey served chilled, tossed in black currant vinaigrette.

Chilled Braised Beef
Our naturally-raised Pineland beef served chilled, tossed in black currant vinaigrette and topped with fresh parsley.

Summer Catch
Chilled Wild Alaskan Salmon tossed with Cucumbers brunoise, Red Bell Peppers and fresh Cilantro, served on a bed of our Kale & Apple Salad.

Crispy Steak Salad
Chilled shredded beef w/ Pinto Beans, Red Bell Peppers, and Toasted Black Sesame on blend of Baby Spinach, Romaine, Baby Arugula and Mustard Greens. Topped with Crushed Sweet Potato Chips and served with choice of Black Currant Vinaigrette.

Turkey Caprese Pasta Salad
Kochs Farm pasture-raised turkey with Organic Whole Wheat Pasta Salad, on our own blend of Baby Spinach, Romaine, Baby Arugula and Mustard Greens. Served with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce on the side.

Roasted Vegetable Salad

Seasonal Roasted Vegetable Medley on our own blend of Baby Spinach, Romaine, Baby Arugula and Mustard Greens. Served with Black Currant Vinaigrette on side. Chilled Rosemary Turkey can be added for $2.07 (in-store price).
